Combination rooms (for example living/dining areas) are counted as 2 rooms.
A stairway connects one level of your home to another. For stairs please indicate the number of stairs to be cleaned. (A landing is counted as two stairs). Stairs are cleaned individually, one at a time, to ensure maximum results.
You must specify the number of landings ONLY if your stairway has more than one landing or the landing is larger than 40 sq. ft.
For rooms not listed, select "Other" room using these guidelines:
- Small area (up to 80 sq ft such as a walk in closet or hallway)
- Average room (up to 300 sq ft)
- Large room (over 300 sq ft)
Any area larger than 20 sq ft up to 80 sq ft is considered an additional cleaning area.
Any closet larger than 20 sq. ft. is considered a "Walk-In Closet".
