Tile and Grout Cleaning
A1 Las Vegas Carpet Cleaners.com cleans tiled and grouted surfaces using a six-point, two-step process that will leave floors, countertops or any tiled surfaces looking their very best.
A1's specially trained Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile technicians will begin the process by pretreating the surface with an alkaline solution made to break up dirt and oil. The tile and grout are then scrubbed at heavy agitation, to further break up dirt and oil. The tile and grout are then rinsed at high pressure and all the solution, water and soils that can be removed are deeply extracted.
Next in the process comes pretreatment of the surface with an acidic solution that will break down any remaining dirt and oils the alkaline solution did not remove. The tile and grout are then scrubbed at heavy agitation, to further break down remaining dirt and oil. The tile and grout are then rinsed at high pressure and all the solution, water and soils that can be removed are deeply extracted.

Tile and Grout Sealing
Sealant is a topcoat of protection that helps prevent staining from spills, resists soiling and makes for easier maintenance. There are a variety of sealants to accommodate whatever look you're trying to achieve from matte to high sheen. The sealant penetrates the grout to protect against water and oild based staining. It is non-yellowing and does not change the appearance of the grout. This is the sealer most commonly used when no stains are present. If your grout lines are old, stained or discolored, A1 can completely change its appearance by applying a colored dye to give the appearance of freshly regrouted lines. The dye does not affect your tiles and any excess material is wiped from the tiles after the grout lines completely dry. The dye contains an impregnating sealer which acts as a repellent to soils and makes routine cleaning easier.Call on the tile cleaning professionals to come to your home or office to clean and refurbish your tiles and grout - making them look brand new. Tips for Maintaining Tile and Grout
Do not clean with harsh chemicals, muriatic acid or floor strippers, vinegar, bleach, ammonia, general purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners, dry abrasive cleansers or tub and tile cleaners.
Dust or carefully vacuum tiled surfaces frequently.
Clean tiled surfaces weekly, using a few drops of original blue Dawn dishwashing liquid in a spray bottle filled with water. Spray the mixture on a 4' x 4' area of tile and grout. Clean using a flat mop with a removable microfiber pad. After distributing the cleaning solution, completely rinse the pad and mop again to rinse the floor. Proceed through the remainder of the tiled surfaces cleaning small sections one at a time.
Never apply other sealers or coatings after the tile and grout have been professionally sealed.
Clean up spills immediately to avoid staining the tile and grout.
Use trivets or mats under hot dishes and cookware.
Use coasters under glasses and cups.
Use placemats under china, ceramics, silver and other material that can scratch tiled surfaces.
Place rugs or mats at entryways to trap soil carried on feet and shoes.
